It’s stretchy, but around the waist it was tight. The fabric was itchy.

I am waist 71-73cm and hips 90cm I ordered size L, I stay a little big from the waist.
I am very long but I am small, I am 1.59. The fabric is Lycra, it doesn't have any label on anything and it just has a thick elastic on the waist. For the price I think the product I received is fine. The lower part of the pants is very wide almost looks like a suit for some kind of dance. I can still say that I will wear these pants a lot because it is very comfortable.
